Sharing his haversack rations with two small Korean children during a lull in a battle exercise is 27470 Lance Corporal (L Cpl) David Frederick (Dave) Coutts, of Waverly, NSW, of the 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR). L Cpl Coutts came to Korea in March 1954 and is now a section commander in the anti tank platoon.
