Australian servicemen in Korea will be spending Christmas 6000 miles away from Australia's sunny beaches, in the sub zero temperatures of the Korean winter, but they're not forgetting the folks back home. Buying one or two last minute presents in the gift shop of the 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regimetn (1RAR) is 41661 Private (Pte) Noel Clive Currie (right), of New Norfolk, Tas. 26774 Pte Hamilton Anthony Campbell (left), of Cooma, NSW, shows him some of the stock. This will be the sixth Christmas that Australian servicemen have spent in Korea.
