Description

View of a flooded Australian camp in Korea. Local Koreans had warned the Army against building too close to the river. However the camp was constructed 2 kilometres from the river and flooded during a period of heavy rain. The camp is probably that of the 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR), which was flooded by the Imjin River in July 1955.
