Description
Peterson speaks of celebrations at the completion of a 1st Australian Logistic Support Group civic aid project to construct educational and medical facilities in Nam Binh, a resettlement village in Vung Tau Special Zone. Henry explains the significance of the songs being sung at the celebration by the children. Patterson speaks of his organisation of a Christmas party at Back Beach for the children of Nam Binh.
