222436 Leading Aircraftman (LAC) John Frederick Walker, of Nyngan, NSW (right), shows the Australian flag to Nguyen Van Tran (left) at the Base Support Flight orderly room. Mr Tran likes working for the RAAF based at Vung Tau airfield in South Vietnam, and although he does not speak much English, he manages to get by with a few words of French, English and some bad Australian.
