O315390 Flying Officer (FO) John Vincent Tyrrell, of Pascoe Vale, Vic, (left) and O43976 FO Alan Wesley Stephens, of Henley Beach, SA, inspect a large haul of captured Vietcong (VC) weapons on display at the 1st Australian Task Force (1ATF) at Nui Dat. The weapons were left behind by the VC after the Battle of Long Tan. The haul included 70 automatic rifles and over 300 hand grenades.
