Armson Occluded Eye Gunsight
Armson (OEG), Occluded Eye Gunsight is made from a machined aluminium tube and attached to a pressed steel top dust cover designed to fit on an L1A1 self loading rifle. A tritium illumination source with provisions for windage and elevation adjustments is embedded in the tube. The tube is grey anodized. Markings - 006 100.
The Armson Occluded Eye Gunsight was designed for use by military, paramilitary, police and civilian marksman to acquire a sight picture using both eyes over a short period of time. It is primarily designed to improve accuracy when snap shooting at ranges out to 200 meters in varying light conditions. The Armson OEG has only met with limited acceptance among specialised military, paramilitary, police and civilian shooters.
