370 Air Commodore (AC) Jack Dowling, of Adelaide, SA, Commander of RAAF Forces Vietnam, was invited to present diplomas to 20 Australians graduating from a Vietnamese language course. The course was conducted by the Armed Forces Language School in Saigon, which is currently training 800 students. The Vietnamese are taught English and the Koreans, Australian, New Zealanders and Americans are taught Vietnamese.
