Latchford speaks of refugee support provided by Ist Australian Civil Unit in conjunction with the government of Phuoc Tuy Province, through the clearing, sub-dividing and allocation of land in the resettlement village of Ap Soui Nghe, some three kilometres north-west of Nui Dat.
