Studio portrait of 405843 Warrant Officer Hamilton Alexander Douglas, RAAF. A bank clerk of Mackay, Queensland, he enlisted in the RAAF on 21 June 1941, in Brisbane, Queensland. He was posted to 53 Operational Training Unit in Scotland, where he was accidentally killed in a training accident, aged 21, on 18 March 1944. He is buried at Fogo Churchyard, Greenlaw, Berwickshire, United Kingdom.
