Leading Seaman Radio Operator (LSRO) Kim Maree Nutland, Australian Service Contingent (ASC), Force Communication Unit (FCU), United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia (UNTAC), stands at attention at an Anzac Day ceremony in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. LSRO Nutland, wearing a blue UN beret and scarf, is one of over 500 Australian troops serving as part of a 15 000 strong UN peacekeeping force, which is in Cambodia to prepare the country for free elections. The Australian contingent is providing the military and civil communications infrastructure for the operation.
