At the US Naval Base at Subic Bay, crew members of the RAN guided missile destroyer HMAS Brisbane (II) D41 line the deck of the ship in front of the bridge and gun as the ship relieves HMAS Perth (II) for duty in Vietnamese waters. The Brisbane will be serving with the US Seventh Fleet on the gunline. Other ships are anchored in the background.
