Description
The dust flies as an International dump truck takes on a load of gravel from the bucket of a Caterpillar 966B front end loader at the quarry at Nui Dat. These particular dump trucks were known as 'tipping teaspoons' because of their small payload and not very robust construction. The front end loader is being operated by 214667 Sapper Ian Edward Tibbles, 1st Field Squadron Workshop, Royal Australian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (RAEME).
