Looking across the wing of an inbound Pan American (Pan Am) jet towards an outbound Qantas 707 V Jet, that is taxiing for take-off at Darwin airport, where it will fly Australian troops to South Vietnam via Singapore. The photograph was taken from a similar aircraft in which the photographer (Woolmer) & other members of 106 Fld Wk Shp RAEME had just returned from service in South Vietnam.
