Group portrait of the 16th Reinforcements, 26th Battalion, which sailed from Brisbane, Queensland, aboard HMAT Boonah for service overseas on 21 October 1916. Most of the men pictured came from the Brisbane area and the bordering country of New South Wales. For a full list of names, refer to the Embarkation Rolls available on the Memorial website.
