Description
Australian Iroquois helicopters of No 9 Squadron, RAAF, lined up on the flight line during monsoon season just after they arrived in Vietnam. Note that some aircraft are yet to have their gun mounts fitted. Unserviceable rotor blades have been used as bridges across the monsoon drains which are filled with water. There is an United States (US) Army Chinook in the background and the town of Vung Tau is in the distance between the two hills.
