In the background Dr Favilla (left) is probably discussing the modifications with A25775 Joe (Joe the Painter) Riches (right) and another unidentified general fitter. Joe Riches has painted a sign on the side of the front of the vehicle which reads 'Presented to the bloody doctor, compliments 9 Squadron'.
