Description
A group of six unidentified members of the 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR) rest in a clearing at a camp in at Nui Dat. Uniforms, towels and blankets have been draped over trees and sticks to dry. On the left is a hoochie (temporary canvas shelter), while on the ground in front of the men is a water container, a bag of coloured boxes (possibly cigarettes), and a machete speared into the ground.
