Description
27th page in a sketchbook of 42 pages of pencil drawings, diary entries and artist's notes. US Navy Seals boat in the Persian Gulf. Verso:Two helicopter pilots on board the 'desert duck', having left HMAS 'Kanimbla', (left side of image; the right side is on the recto of ART91791.028). The 'desert duck' was a helicopter that flew between ships. The pilots are wearing noise-inhibiting helmets.
