Description
31st page in a sketchbook of 42 pages of pencil drawings, diary entries and artist's notes. Bull's head (right side of image; left side is on the verso of ART91791.030); verso: Rams' head (left side of image; right side is on the recto of ART91791.032) and diary entry that reads: 'Whilst the RANLO (Navy liaison office) people are sitting up in their hermetically sealed apartment, drinking coke & eating vegemite, down here at the market it's all blood & guts'. (Peter Churcher 22 February 2002). The person assigned to mind Churcher while he was in Bahrain was a member of RANLO (Royal Australian Navy Liaison Office).
