History / Summary

Leading Aircraftman Wilfred Edward Pennings enrolled as a member of the Civil Construction Corps in Sydney, New South Wales on 14 June 1943. On 11 July 1944, Leading Aircraftman Pennings enlisted in the Royal Australian Air Force in Drummoyne, New South Wales. He served with 3 Communications Unit in New South Wales, Australia and Borneo, Singapore. Leading Aircraftman Pennings was discharged on 26 March 1946.
