Informal portrait of equipment staff at RAAF Base Amberley. Identified front row, fourth from left is O3153 Flight Lieutenant (Flt Lt) Percy Howard Smith who enlisted with the RAAF on 7 November 1938 at Elwood, Victoria and served with 10 Squadron in the United Kingdom from 1939 to 1942. He returned to Australia and served with the RAAF until his discharge on 20 June 1954.
