Description
Sketchbook of Lieutenant Rae Norman Nixon, 8 Division, created during his imprisonment on the Burma Thailand Railway, Second World War. The sketchbook contains Nixon's costume designs for concert party productions in the Jungle Theatre at Tamarkan POW camp. On the reverse page of each sketch appears the Nominal Roll for A Force Signals, recording the names and cause of death for those who died as prisoners of war in Tamarkan camp.
