Description

Informal portrait of photographer Timothy John (Tim) Page, smoking a cigarette as he sits on a sandbagged wall in front of a tent in Vietnam. Dressed in army style clothing and wearing a helmet, Tim Page has one of his cameras hanging from his neck, and his leather camera bag on the wall beside him. He photographed the Vietnam War from 1965 to 1969, for United Press International, Associated Press, Paris Match and Time-Life, and was wounded five times.
