Fretilin Supporters near the village of Tilomar, in the Cova-Lima district of East Timor in the Southwest part of East Timor. Fretilin (Frente Revolucionária de Timor-Leste Independente, or the Revolutionary Front for an Independent East Timor), is a resistance organisation founded by Jose Ramos-Horta that since the early 1970s has fought for an East Timor independent of Portuguese or Indonesian rule.
