Description
The twisted remains of an International F5 6x6, 5 ton dump truck, belonging to 17 Construction Squadron, Royal Australian Engineers (RAE), which hit a large mine on Route 2 in Phuoc Tuy Province, two or three kilometres south of Night Defence Base (NDB) Garth. The driver survived but suffered from burst eardrums and shrapnel wounds down his left side.
