Description
Two, shirtless men from 17 Construction Squadron, Royal Australian Engineers (RAE), (foreground) take some photographs of a Medevac 9 Squadron, RAAF, UH-1H Iroquois helicopter as it prepares to depart, with an injured Australian soldier, to the Australian Hospital at Vung Tau. An M113A1 armoured personnel carrier (APC) can be seen standing guard to the right of the helicopter and a Land Rover can be seen to the left. Identified from left are 56274 Sapper (Spr) Gregory John Amm and 3797636 Spr John Peter Timmins.
