An Afghan Special Forces soldier leaps over a school wall in a refugee camp near Kandahar. His unit is assisting the United States force, the 1st Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade in their search for suspected members of the Taliban. The 173rd Airborne Brigade was deployed to Afghanistan in February 2005 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, the military response to the 11 September 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States.
