Studio portrait of 598 Private Earlston Warwick Korff, 17th Battalion, of Ashfield, NSW. A farmer prior to enlisting on 15 May 1915, he embarked from Sydney, NSW, aboard HMAT Themistocles on 12 May 1915. He was killed in action in France on 30 July 1916, aged 19.
