Informal portrait of 3411462 Private Stephen John Smith and bare chested 18256 Lance Corporal (LCpl) Terrence (Terry) 'Snow' Hendle, 6th Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (6RAR). LCpl Hendle, of Brisbane, Qld, began his tour of duty on 31 May 1966. He died of wounds in South Vietnam, aged 20, on 30 November 1966 after being shot in the abdomen.
