Informal portrait of 419378 Flying Officer (FO) Robert Olaf Bloch of Glenhuntly after arriving at the Melbourne Cricket Grounds (MCG) on his return from England on the Stratheden. They were bussed to the MCG where he was met by his mother (middle) and a former school mate, Mr Bob Trounce (left). His pet dog, a cocker spaniel named 'Chum' was also there to greet him and wore a red, white and blue ribbon around his neck.
