Woollen fundraising doll, Belgian War Babies Fund : Private W Scott, 40 Battalion
Description
Small woollen doll made from short bunched lengths of black wool, tied at neck, hands, waist and feet with red and yellow cotton thread. A crude face has been realised with eyes and mouth in red cotton thread. A small paper Union Jack on a pin has been inserted into the doll's head.
