Description
Circular brass challenge coin / medallion featuring a central design of the Australian tri-service insignia with details in red and blue enamel, enclosed within a circular border bearing the words 'DEFENCE SECTION AUSTRALIAN EMBASSY MANILA'. The reverse features crossed flags of the Philippines and Australia with enamelling in blue, red and white and bears the words 'DEFENCE SECTION Australian Embassy Manila, Republic of the Philippines'.

Produced in 2005 by the Australian Embassy, Manila, Philippines as a presentation gift. Production was organised by Assistant Defence Attache, Major Paul Rosenzweig.
