Grave with original grave marker of 1255 Trooper (Tpr) Reginald Edward Maywood, 10th Australian Light Horse Regiment, a teamster and orchardist of Maylands, WA who was born at Surbiton, England. Tpr Maywood enlisted on 6 July 1915 and embarked from Fremantle aboard HMAT Hororata on 1 October 1915. He died of wounds on 10 May 1918 in Palestine aged 25 years.
