Description
Lieutenant General Tran Ngoc Tam (in light uniform and beret), Chairman of the Free World Military Assistance Organisation (FWMAO), gestures to the Australian Minister for the Army, Phillip Lynch, to swing left in front of a band of the Republic of Vietnam Navy (RVN) during the Minister's inspection of Guard of Honour at Tan Son Nhut airport. The Minister has just arrived in Saigon at the commencement of a five-day official visit to South Vietnam. The Vietnamese officer on the other side of the Minister is the commander of the Guard of Honour.
