Soldiers moving along North Beach at Gallipoli. In the background is Walker's Ridge leading up to the landmark known as The Sphinx and to the right are a number of tents belonging to the Casualty Clearing Stations and Field Ambulance Units . Note the donkey carts in the foreground, and the light railway tracks in the sand of the beach used to transport stores between Anzac Cove and North Beach.
