Kôgun shôhei ni tsugu [To officers and men of the Imperial Japanese Army].
Description
A propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office (FELO) during the Second World War. This leaflet is written in Japanese and was distributed to New Guinea and Solomon Islands. It is accompanied by an English translation of the text. The message on the leaflet details the losses suffered the Japanese Navy. It warns that the Japanese troops in New Guinea are completely isolated and unsupported as a result of the massive losses in naval battles and Japanese soldiers have no choice but to die like dogs in the jungle.
