Hantô shusshinsha shokun [Men of Korea].
Description
A propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office (FELO) during the Second World War. This leaflet is written in Japanese and was distributed to Melanesia and the Netherlands East Indies. It is accompanied by an English translation of the text. The message states that the Japanese have never treated Korean men equally in payment of salary or provision of equipment such as gas masks, though they pretend to be friendly. The message also emphasises that the Japanese are exhausting resources in Korea to feed their war machine.
