A propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office (FELO) during the Second World War. This leaflet is written in Japanese and was distributed to Melanesia and the Netherlands East Indies. It is accompanied by an English translation of the text. The message on the leaflet emphasises that acts of aggression are evil and a truly great nation respects the rights of other peoples. It describes how Japan advanced into China and how the military government has been treating people in Japanese-occupied territories. The message states that there should be the voice of conscience telling Japanese people that they are not fighting a "sacred war" against China, although they were initially made to believe that by the military clique. The message suggests that they should obey the law of the human heart and stop their military aggression before it is too late.
