Description
A pictorial propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office (FELO) during the Second World War. The leaflet features six photographs with brief captions in Japanese and was distributed to Melanesia and the Netherlands East Indies. The English translation of the captions is provided. This leaflet is dated 1 December 1943 and features six photographs depicting the bombing of Rabaul on 2 November 1943, an air raid on Salamaua and the life of Allied soldiers. The pictures of the Allied soldiers give the impression that they are provided with sufficient food, ammunition and medical treatment.
