Description
A pictorial propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office (FELO) during the Second World War. The leaflet features six photographs with brief captions in Japanese and was distributed to Japan-Formosa and Melanesia. The English translation of the captions is provided. This leaflet is dated 1 January 1944 and depicts the Nikkô Chûzenji temple covered with snow, the capture of Satelberg and Wareo by the Allied Forces, the bombing of Hong Kong, the destruction of Tarawa and the life of Allied soldiers.
