A propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office (FELO) during the Second World War. This leaflet is written in Japanese and was distributed to Melanesia. An English translation and Pidgin English translation of the text are attached. The message states that Japanese troops have already retreated, as such a pamphlet has been distributed to the New Guineans. It tells Japanese soldiers to ask New Guineans them to lead to the Allies so that food and medical treatment can be provided.
