Pilots inspecting blades before going out on local patrol with American helicopters at Luscombe airstrip.
Description
An American pilot of the 128th Assault Helicopter Company (128 AHC) at Luscombe airstrip inspects the rotor blades of an Iroquois helicopter before going out on operations with members of 11 Platoon, D Company, 5th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment (5RAR). Note the tomahawk on the nose of the helicopter, the unit marking of the 128 AHC.
