A propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office (FELO) during the Second World War. This leaflet is written in Japanese and was distributed to Buna, Solomon Islands, Guadalcanal and New Guinea. The leaflet is a revised copy of J19 and is accompanied by an English translation of the text. The message states that the HORII unit fell in Buna due to the lack of reinforcements, while the Japanese troops in Guadalcanal are having only one meal a day and carrying little ammunition. It also mentions the substantially increased capacity of the Allies to produce ammunition, warships and supplies, as well as the strength of their air force. Difficulties faced by the Japanese in New Guinea and the Solomon Islands are also discussed in the leaflet. The message ascribes the predicament of the Japanese troops to the stupidity of Japanese army leaders.
