Senji no zaisei ni kansuru manga [Comic strip about wartime financial policy].
Description
A propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office (FELO) during the Second World War. This leaflet is written in Japanese and was distributed to Japan-Formosa. The leaflet is accompanied by an English translation of the text. The comic strip printed in the leaflet describes how the Japanese banks and business groups are taking advantage of wartime financial policy, while ordinary citizens are over-taxed.
