Description
A propaganda newspaper produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office (FELO) during the Second World War. The item is written in Japanese and was distributed to Japan-Formosa, Guadalcanal and China-Hong Kong. An English translation of the text is attached. It reports on the 81st session of the Japanese Diet, the victory of the US in Guadalcanal, wartime financial policy in Japan, the situation in Russia and Europe, the successful air raids by the Allies in Kavieng and New Ireland as well as the situation in China.
