Description

A mixing machine (a small belt motor driving a belt, supported on a metal strip) stirs an unknown chemical liquid in a 44 gallon drum. Testing of chemical warfare gasses was done by the 1st Field Trials Company, Royal Australian Engineers (RAE) at the Permanent Chemical Warfare Station, Gunyarra, Proserpine.
