Tôjô senken no mei o kaku: dokui afurika yori kuchiku saru [Tojo's miscalculations: Axis expelled from Africa].
Description
A propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office (FELO) during the Second World War. This leaflet is written in Japanese and was distributed to Melanesia. An English translation of the text is attached. It reports the fall of Tunis and Biserta to the Allies and warns that the Japanese military leaders cannot escape censure for miscalculation and the lack of foresight. The leaflet details the losses inflicted on Italy and Germany and emphasises the superiority of the Allies in arms, equipment, manpower and leadership. The leaflet also mentions that experienced armies can now be deployed elsewhere from Africa.
