RAN guided missile destroyer HMAS Hobart (II) training off Jervis Bay, ACT, prior to her first deployment to the Vietnam War. The Hobart had three deployments to the gunline off the coast of Vietnam, serving with the US Seventh Fleet. She was fired upon by North Vietnamese shore batteries nine times in her first deployment and three times during her second deployment.
