A bullet hole on an Iroquois helicopter, made by enemy ground fire while RAN Helicopter Flight Vietnam (RANHFV) and the US Army 135th Assault Helicopter Company were participating in a combat assault mission in the Vihn Long area of South Vietnam. RANHFV is attached to the 135th AHC, and their members provide tactical airlift and gunship support to Australian and allied ground forces in Vietnam.
